Inspection staffs control the input
of the materials, the process of production and finished products by using
the general working sources. All the materials are inspected by the IQC
informed by the requisition of material department. The IQC inspects them
according to the guide book and store the eligible as well as deal with
the reject according to the reject quality control procedure. The unfinished
products in production line are given circuited inspection according to
the guide book for the exercise for the production procedures, as well as
other requirements. QA follows the inspection guide book and other quality
requirement for sample inspection of semi finished and finished products.
